1xbest is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and several other countries. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1xbest website, mobile app, and all associated services.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1–24 hours.
• Full account verification (KYC) is required before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Depositing via one method and withdrawing through another is not permitted.

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to defraud the system through bonus arbitrage or any other means.

An account may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• You may also contact us at any time to request the closure of your account.
• Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned after the investigation concludes (provided no breach of terms is established).
• Under our responsible betting policy, you may lock your own account for a specified period at any time.
